Marcelo Lima
Co-founder of SK Tarpon and 10b
Marcelo Lima received a degree in Law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), where he graduated at the top of his class, with honors. He also studied at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mr. Lima is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Agrivalle and Kepler Weber and member of the Boards of Rúmina and OnFarm. He is former Chairman of Tarpon Investimentos, Somos Educação, Cremer and Morena Rosa and has sat on the Boards of Hering, Petlove and Brenco. He has also served as CEO of Tarpon Investimentos and Morena Rosa. In 2000 Mr. Lima co founded Portal do Campo, an agtech, when this term had yet to be coined. Portal do Campo was later sold to Bradespar. Marcelo Lima began his career in investment banking, working at JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch and Itaú BBA.
